Marvel Legacy. A console game that brings in elements of the Marvel Universe (comics/movies).
Marvel Legacy is a RTS, like Fable for consoles. The player can customize their hero/villain in a multi-story, free-roam world (New York Area). Instead of the traditional upgrade system, the player has to actually become better (limited combos) and use the enivornment around them.
The gameplay is similar to Marvel Ultimate Alliance in that the player can team up with heroes/villains however will not be able to change back and forth. If you are a hero and work with villains heroes and civilians will treat you differently. Same with if you are a villain working with heroes.
The story must be personal. It needs to grip the player so that they forget that they are playing a game and feel as if their actions really do affect the world.
The game is co-op (2 player, 4 via Xbox live/system lnk) and 2-4 player for head to head and objective matches (CTF).

They were going to make a game like this, it was called "Untitled Superhero Game" and I think it was canceled or something. Also I think I read something about a super hero game like what your saying. As the Marvel aspect there was going to be that MMO by Play NC that will still be released minus the Marvel part. So this is covered basiclly.
